Speaking at a press conference at West Didsbury Police station today, Greater Manchester Police Superintendent John- Paul Ruffle revealed police responded to another domestic incident at the address on Friday. He said: 'The mother still remains in a serious condition. That's the latest update. We cannot disclose her injuries. 'All we can disclose is that it is a young male toddler who has died. There are still a number of inquiries to be made with family. 'A post- mortem should be scheduled for today, probably this afternoon.
